my arrival was very smooth, i just picked up my key. it was ready at reception. the host was helpful, he lent me an adapter, which i VERY appreciated. the room was pretty tidy and decent for the price. the bathroom even has a bathtub, imagine that!
everything was fine for ME, but the walls do seem slightly thin so you might hear some noise from OTHER guests.

the train connection from the airport is very quick, just 4 minutes. a short walk of about 10 minutes from the train station brought me to the location. arranging a ride back to the airport was easy, as the owner, ahmed, provided the drop-off service (i appreciated this a lot). i think i would have booked a pickup from the airport too, had i known about the service earlier (especially with luggage). the staff were cute and helpful.
the garden had building materials, appear slightly unkempt.

breakfast included a selection of toast, cereal, fresh fruit, and yogurt. there were muffins and various biscuits also available. the staff demonstrated a family-friendly attitude and were accommodating to all guests.

nearby, i noticed many restaurants and shops, which provides convenient options. a large supermarket and a library were also within walking distance. the train station is about a 10 minute walk, providing easy access into central london.

The location worked good for me. The staff was friendly, so I did appreciate this a lot. The breakfast did offer fruit and breads, which I liked. I did get help with a ride to the airport. This was very helpful.
Lighting near the door was not good, it was hard to see the keypad. The room was cold when I arrived. Heat before arrival would be good.

amazing stay!

I loved how clean and organized everything was. our room had so much space, it seemed like a suite. the location is perfect. It is close to many restaurants. i really appreciated the short, seven minute walk from the train station. it was easy to walk with our luggage and even golf clubs. the route is straightforward. I needed to walk straight for five minutes and then turn left.
The lighting near the door could be better. It makes using the keypad difficult at night

The breakfast offered a good variety of options, including fresh fruit and pastries. I found the dining area well maintained and inviting. tables were clean and properly set, ready . i really liked the coffee machine. It provided a quick and convenient way to get a caffeine fix.

my room had spacious beds and a good layout for families. it was clean and very quiet, something i definitely valued after a long day. i could easily relax, knowing my room was up to par.

Ahmed, the host, was cute and accommodating. I booked a family room before an early flight. The room was quite clean and included an en-suite bathroom, this made things easy for our family. Breakfast offered juice and coffee along with a continental selection. It was simple but satisfying.
The sink plug looked like it had not been cleaned recently. It was rather unpleasant.
